Crazy Crunchie Creamy Ice Cream


This has to be one of the easiest, yummiest ice creams to make. I was given the recipe from a friend (Debra) and amazed at how quick and easy it was for us to make. You can be as inventive as you like which makes it even more fun to eat!!

Ingredients

  • 1 600ml Bottle of Cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 - 2 Cadbury Crunchies

Directions

  1. Beat the cream till quite stiff,
  2. Mix in the condensed milk
  3. Crush your crunchies (as small or as big a pieces as you like)and mix into the cream, condensed milk mixture.
  4. Place in freezer (1/2 hr to hour) take out give another mix, place back in freezer when the consistency is how you want it (hard or semi) scoop out and enjoy.
  5. Cover if keeping in freezer will last (if not eaten) 3-4 days
  6. We have substituted crunchies for fresh raspberries (yum)
  7. also have had cherry ripes, crushed gingernuts . Your only limited by your imagination.
Serves Cooking Time Prep Time
6-8 Very generous serves 1-2 hours in freezer 5-10 mins

this happens to be one of the easiest yummiest ice creams i have ever tried, where was this when we used to make icecream as kids????/
