'No Fail!!' Banana Choc Chip Muffins
Easiest recipe to follow and make! no creaming butter n sugar, just add your wets to your drys , bake for 15min and 'TA-DAH!!" yummy filling muffins. A great way to use up those over-ripe bananas too. I was given this recipe from my nana in the uk. she swore by it, and you will too!! i even wrote this recipe out and had it printed up for customers in a vege shop i worked in. people raved about it, including my boss John who attempted and succeeded - much to the delight of his family.
