Chocolate Cheesecake Slice

Ingredients

  • Base:
  • 250g packet chocolate biscuits crushed
  • 90 g melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 395g tin condensed milk
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 3 t gelatine
  • 2 T hot water
  • 1/2 cup cream whipped
  • 125g nestle dark melts, melted and cooled

Directions

  1. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, press firmly in to a foil lined 18 x 28 cm slab tin. Refriderate.
  2. Beat cream cheese, gradually add condensed milk.
  3. Beat in lemon juice.
  4. Whisk geletine into water until disolved, allow to cool.
  5. Fold in geletine mixture to cream cheese, fold in cream, pour over base.
  6. Pour melted melts evenly over filling, use the point of a knife to swirl the melts through the filling. Refrigerate until firm.
