Chocolate Cheesecake Slice
Impress your coffee group friends with this mouth watering, swirled chocolate topped slice.

Ingredients
- Base:
- 250g packet chocolate biscuits crushed
- 90 g melted butter
- Filling:
- 250g cream cheese
- 395g tin condensed milk
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 3 t gelatine
- 2 T hot water
- 1/2 cup cream whipped
- 125g nestle dark melts, melted and cooled
Directions
- Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, press firmly in to a foil lined 18 x 28 cm slab tin. Refriderate.
- Beat cream cheese, gradually add condensed milk.
- Beat in lemon juice.
- Whisk geletine into water until disolved, allow to cool.
- Fold in geletine mixture to cream cheese, fold in cream, pour over base.
- Pour melted melts evenly over filling, use the point of a knife to swirl the melts through the filling. Refrigerate until firm.
