Chocolate Cake With Snickers Bar Icing
Enjoy a chocolate cake with a caramel touch with the odd nut.

Ingredients
- 175g butter,softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 snickers bar
- 2cups icing sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 drops vanilla essence
Directions
- Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Disolve cocoa in boiling water. Sift flour & baking powder into mixture. Half cocoa, 1/2 flour mix. Rest of cocoa
- rest of flour + 2 drops of vanillia essence. mix till combined.
- Bake at 180. Cheack after 20mins with a knife. When the knife
- comes out of the mixture with a slide and little mixture attatched
- Take it out to sit.
- ICING
- When the cake has cooled.
- Heat 1 snickers bar chopped, butter & water on high for 35 secs.
- Add vanilla essence, icing sugar.
- enjoy on its own or with icecream
