Honey Museli Bars


A delicious healthy bar which kids will just love, and so quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted museli
  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 125g butter
  • 4 tbllsp honey
  • 4 tblsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Combine museli, rice bubbles, coconut, sesame seeds,in bowl.
  2. Melt butter, honey, peanut butter and sugar in pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 mins, mix into dry ingredients. Press into lamington tin. ( base measures 16cm x 26cm ). Refridgerate.
