Honey Museli Bars
A delicious healthy bar which kids will just love, and so quick to make.

Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted museli
- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 125g butter
- 4 tbllsp honey
- 4 tblsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Combine museli, rice bubbles, coconut, sesame seeds,in bowl.
- Melt butter, honey, peanut butter and sugar in pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 mins, mix into dry ingredients. Press into lamington tin. ( base measures 16cm x 26cm ). Refridgerate.
