Yummy Boiled Chocolate Cake
This recipe is so yummy and so easy. Its really popular with our family, I've made it as a Wedding cake for my son and daughter. The recipe doubles and triples easy with the really good results. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1 1/2cups of Sugar
- 1 c of Water
- 2 T of Cocoa
- 1 1/2cups of Self Raising Flour
- 125grams of Butter
- 1/2 t of Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
Directions
- Place sugar, water, butter, cocoa into a pot and bring to the boil.
- Cool slightly then add Baking Soda followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Beat until smooth
- Place into a lined cake tin and bake at 180deg until firm about 1 hour.
- Cool, then ice with Chocolate Icing.
- Enjoy.
