Fudge Pudding - An Old Family Favourite
This was my great nana's recipe, still remember her making it all those years ago. I surpose that is why it is so easy to make as they didn't have all the mod cons we have now !! This is the pudding my daughter always asks me to make. Hope you enjoy it as much as she does.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon BP
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 cup flour
Directions
- mix the above ingredients in a cassarole dish with
- 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Mix well
- Then in small bowl mix 3/4 cup brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of cocoa.
- Spread brown sugar and cocoa mix over mix
- then pour 2 cups of hot water over the lot
- cover and bake for 45mins at 180C

I like recipes where I do not need to cream the butter and sugar.
