Tia Maria Liqueur & Real Chocolate Ice Cream
'To die for' home made creamy, chocolate & coffee liqueur ice cream with real cream, real chocolate, and real Tia Maria liqueur.

Ingredients
- 75 Grams dark chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Tia Maria liqueur (or other) (I use more!)
- 1/2 Cup castor sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 300 mls cream
Directions
- * Beat egg whites very well until stiff.
- * Add sugar and beat again.
- * Beat the cream in a separate bowl.
- * Melt the chocolate (pour boiling water over it until it softens).
- * Fold the cream into the egg whites.
- * Add the melted chocolate and fold into cream / egg white mix.
- * Add liqueur and lightly mix all ingredients together.
- * Freeze
