Decadent Whisky Ice Cream
This is a recipe I have had for many years and it is just so rich,smooth and delicious and it doesn't need anything else with it just devour it on it's own,it's sooooo YUMMY,BUT if you are watching your weight Beware!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 Tin Highlander Condensed Milk (Boil for 2 hours in tin,put a drop of vinegar in water,I know you can buy caramelised condensed milk these days but I still use the old fashioned method)
- 1 Tablespoon of Whisky
- 600 Mls Whipped Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Directions
- Beat whisky,Highlander condensed milk (cooled) and ordinary milk until well blended,then fold in whipped cream.
- Put in suitable container and freeze.
- This icecream does not go rock hard.

No,it doesn't explode,I usually boil 2 tins at once then I have one on hand for next time.
