Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These are very easy and very yummy. This is the only recipe I know off by heart. They go great with a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

Sift flour and BP together in a bowl.
Add chocolate
In another bowl soften butter and beat in brown sugar
Add egg and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
Mix in wet mixture with dry mixture until - all the flour is mixed in.
Pre heat oven to 180.
Line baking tray and put spoonfuls of mixture spread out so they can expand a little.
Put in oven for 18-20 mins
