Aunt Bessie's Turtle Cake

Delicious fudgy chocolate cake with a layer of gooey chocolate and caramel in the middle and sprinkled with chocolate chips to finish. This dessert always goes quick at family gatherings! Our family gets desserts first and then go back for the mains. Very rich and amazingly good!
