Grannies Sticky Apple Rolls
not sure where I picked this up from,but it is from the seventies era when I used to make it quite a lot for my family.it is a winner because it is soooo sticky ,crunchy just mouthwatering yummy,that bit different from ordinary scones.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsps baking powder
- 1\4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp butter
- milk to mix
- brown sugar
- melted butter
- cinnamon
- walnuts
- 2 small or one large granny smith apples.
Directions
- Sift flour,baking powder,salt,then rub in butter & mix gently to a dough with some milk.Roll to a rectangle,brush with melted butter,sprinkle over sugar & cinnamon,& grated apples.Roll up & cut into slices.Brush tin with melted butter & sprinkle with brown sugar & walnuts.Place rolls on tin & cook till golden at about 220 degrees.Note...you could add some walnuts over the apples as well before rolling up the dough.
