Six Minute You Won't Believe This Is A Microwave Chocolate Cake! Delicious


Tastes like a baked and slaved over Grandmother made cake!!

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 125gms butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2t baking soda
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4t salt

Directions

  1. Put butter, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and water together in a large microwave proof bowl
  2. Cook on full for 3 1/2 to 4 mins, stopping once to stir
  3. Stir again then set aside to cool for 8 mins
  4. Sift flour and salt (set aside)
  5. Beat eggs well, add to mixture, then add flour beat until smooth
  6. Poor into large microwave ring-mould
  7. Cook uncovered on full for 5-7mins or until risen and sticky to touch
  8. Stand uncovered 15mins and then turn onto cake rack
  9. Ice when cold
  10. ENJOY!
