Six Minute You Won't Believe This Is A Microwave Chocolate Cake! Delicious
Tastes like a baked and slaved over Grandmother made cake!!

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 125gms butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2t baking soda
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4t salt
Directions
- Put butter, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and water together in a large microwave proof bowl
- Cook on full for 3 1/2 to 4 mins, stopping once to stir
- Stir again then set aside to cool for 8 mins
- Sift flour and salt (set aside)
- Beat eggs well, add to mixture, then add flour beat until smooth
- Poor into large microwave ring-mould
- Cook uncovered on full for 5-7mins or until risen and sticky to touch
- Stand uncovered 15mins and then turn onto cake rack
- Ice when cold
- ENJOY!
