Easy Potato Bake
Scrumpious lunch dish loved by all found in an old recipe book

Ingredients
- 2 bacon rashers
- 1 onion
- i cup of grated cheese
- enough milk to make a thick cheese sauce
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 Pack of potato chips
Directions
- Dice potatoes and cook gently until just cooked with Bay leaves added to water
- Drain and put into ovenware dish, discard Bay leaves
- Gently fry chopped onion and bacon and sprinkle over potatoes in dish
- Make cheese sauce and pour over potatoes in dish gently stir to mix
- Grate a little more cheese just enough to barely cover potatoes in dish and sprinkle over.
- Crunch up chips while still in packet(easier and no mess) and sprinkle over top of meal in dish.
- Bake mod oven about 30 mins or until top crisp and heated through.
