Kumera And Silverbeet Quiche
Tasty and healthy and very verstile you can adapt this recipe by adding your favourite vegies and even meat or tinned fish. I adapted this recipe from another quiche recipe so this is an original recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 kumera cooked and sliced
- 1 cup cooked silverbeet, drained.
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1 cup grated cheese
- onion, garlic and red pepper sliced and sauted in butter
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix the flour and milk and mustard together carefully
- add the eggs and mix well
- add the remaining ingredients and mix together gently
- pour into a flat well greased dish
- cook until set
- 180 degrees celcius.
- Approx, 25 minutes.
