Eat It All Salad
This is yummy you wont stop eating it goes well with fish,steak,chicken on its own great on top rice crackers just delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 large red pepper
- 2 semi-firm avacado
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
Directions
- cut onion small, cube avacado and tomato and cut pepper to small slices all together with aprox 2TBLSPN of olive oil and 1TBLSP of Balsamic vinegar can add a little more if you like the flavour.
- Salad should be moist but not wet.

Yep i tried it and it sure is yummy hard to put the spoon down when you get started
