Hawaiian Toast
Great when you need something in a hurry to stifle those anguished 'what's to eat I'm starving ?" demands.
A quick and tasty special breakfast, brunch or late night supper.
This is one of those handy sure to please everybody kind of recipes.

Ingredients
- 100 ml cream
- 30 ml butter
- 1 onion finely chopped
- Half a capsicum deseeded and chopped finely
- 4 ripe tomotoes which have been peeled and finely chopped
- salt & pepper to taste.
- 1 can pineapple pieces drained and chopped
- 2 thick slices of Ham, cubed
- 250 gr grated tasty cheese
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 4 slices super thick toast bread.
- Chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
- Melt butter in small pan and saute onion & capsicum until soft
- Add tomatoes and season. Add cream, simmer getnly till thick.
- Add pineapple and ham, simmer gently for 5 minutes
- Add cheese and eggs and mix
- Heat gently until cheese has melted and egg is cooked.
- Toast the bread until golden and top each slice with 1/4 of the prepared and cooked mixture.
- sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve at once.
