Lumpy Bumpy Berry Smoothie


this is a smoothie that i made up to try and get my kids to have a meal in a drink when they went through a stage of not eating much

Ingredients

  • a tin of vanilla creamed rice, ( the 440g )
  • 1 tin of drained boysenberries ( or 1C of frozen or fresh berries)
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1Table spoon of wheatgerm
  • 500ml of cold milk
  • 1T runny honey ( optional, depending on how sweet you want it)

    Directions

    1. simply throw all of it in a blender ( minus the tins of cause) blend together, then pour into a cup and enjoy.
    2. For those wanting to decorate it, Top with whipped cream
