Fish With Miso And Mayonnaise
I am Japanese and this is a good introduction to Japanese flavour.

Ingredients
- 3-400g of White Fish
- 2 Tbsp Miso Paste
- 2 Tbsp Best Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp White Wine
Directions
- Add salt and pepper to fish
- Mix wine and mayonnaise
- Put wine and mayonnaise mix on fish
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Serve with a mesclun salad and cherry tomatoes
