Fish With Miso And Mayonnaise


I am Japanese and this is a good introduction to Japanese flavour.

Ingredients

  • 3-400g of White Fish
  • 2 Tbsp Miso Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Best Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp White Wine

Directions

  1. Add salt and pepper to fish
  2. Mix wine and mayonnaise
  3. Put wine and mayonnaise mix on fish
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Serve with a mesclun salad and cherry tomatoes
