A Toast To The Host Who Can Boast The Most Roast!


When I opened the oven door, my roast would either walk itself out, it was so rare or would look as tho it had been cremated... Since my laziness and frustration got the better of me, I've never looked back!

Ingredients

  • spray oil
  • 1 rolled lamb
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • herbs

    Directions

    1. Lightly spray slow cooker with oil.
    2. Place lamb in cooker.
    3. Squirt lots of lemon juice over it and rub in.
    4. Crush garlic, chop herbs (fresh or dried) and smear or massage all over the meat.
    5. Put on lid, turn to low, and WALK AWAY.
    6. Try and resist the amazing smell that wafts through your house.
    7. Come back in 8 or so hours and devour with loads of veges and gravy!
    8. Cooks perfectly every time and won't dry out as it cooks in its own juice :D

    4-6 8 hours or more not even 5 minutes
