Easy Creamy Bluecod Bake


This recipe was given to my mum from a family friend. As the name suggests its really easy to make and oh so good. Especially on a cold wintery night with some homemade garlic bread. This recipe can easily be doubled.

Ingredients

  • 1pkt Leek and Potato Soup Mix
  • 300ml Cream
  • 500gm Blue Cod fillets

Directions

  1. In a glass measuring jug mix the soup mix and cream.
  2. Put fish fillets in an oven proof dish
  3. Cover dish with tin foil
  4. Put in 180 oven and bake with tin foil on for 1/2 hour or until fish is cooked
  5. Remove foil and continue to cook for 10 minutes until sauce has bubbled.
  6. Enjoy

when do you add the cream and and soup mix? At the beginning or at the end for 10 minutes
