Easy Creamy Bluecod Bake
This recipe was given to my mum from a family friend. As the name suggests its really easy to make and oh so good. Especially on a cold wintery night with some homemade garlic bread. This recipe can easily be doubled.

Ingredients
- 1pkt Leek and Potato Soup Mix
- 300ml Cream
- 500gm Blue Cod fillets
Directions
- In a glass measuring jug mix the soup mix and cream.
- Put fish fillets in an oven proof dish
- Cover dish with tin foil
- Put in 180 oven and bake with tin foil on for 1/2 hour or until fish is cooked
- Remove foil and continue to cook for 10 minutes until sauce has bubbled.
