Oven Sausage
THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE MAIN MEAL TO PREPARE AS MOST OF US WOULD HAVE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE CUPBOARD TO MAKE THE SAUCE.IT IS AN ECONOMICAL MEAL TO MAKE.IT WAS MY MOTHERS RECIPE AND WAS MADE AS A MAIN MEAL QUITE OFTEN AS WE WERE ALL VERY PARTIAL TO THE FLAVOUR OF IT.A GOOD WAY TO DRESS UP PLAIN SAUSAGES.

Ingredients
- 2 DESSERT SPOONS FLOUR
- 2 DESSERT SPOONS SUGAR
- 1 DESSERT SPOON TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 DESSERT SPOON MALT VINEGAR
- 1 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
- 1 CUP WATER
- SALT TO TASTE
- 12 SAUSAGES
- 2-3 LARGE ONIONS
Directions
- PLACE SAUSAGES IN A DISH AND COVER WITH SLICED ONIONS.MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND POUR OVER SAUSAGES AND ONIONS AND BAKE IN A MODERATE OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.SAUSAGES CAN BE BOILED FIRST IF LIKED
