Smoked Fish Potatoes Pie:
This Fish Pie is our family's favoutie. It got tasty with some lemon and creamy sauce. yummy. We have it every winter season to keep our tummy warm, plus sometime in other season if the weather bit cooler.
This recipe came from one of my best friend.

Ingredients
- 700gm Potatoes
- 1tbsp Parsley
- 1oz butter
- Sauce and Filling:
- 310gm can smoked fish fillets
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Juice of lemon or 2
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 tbsp flour
Directions
- Cook Potatoes then mash with butter and seasoning add parsley if desired. Line pie dish with potatoes put aside.
- Make a thick white sauce from last three ingredients, then stir in lemon juice,curry powder, and fold in flake fish, chopped boiled eggs and half cup of grated cheese, mix together. Pour sauce mixture into potatoes case and sprinkle rest of grated cheese over pie with a sprinkle of pakirika.
- Put in oven or microwave oven and heat thru.
- Oven about 30 minutes until heat thru and hot.
- Microwave 20 minutes until hot thru.
- YUMMY !!!
