Red Wine Tender Casserole


This sumptuous Casserole is so easy anyone can cook this and once you have tried it you will always use this as its so easy to put together and everyone loves it.

I did, i tried it once a friend told me about it and always revert back to it to IMPRESS !

Ingredients

  • 800grams Rump Steak (or meat of your preference)
  • 2 fresh carrots
  • 2 pkts Maggi French Onion soup
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Tablespoons of Red Wine

Directions

  1. 1) Cube your meat and coat with the Maggi French Onion Soup
  2. 2) Add 1 Cup water and place in oven on Bake at 150degrees(slowly cook)
  3. 3) Add sliced carrots and and red wine 40 minutes before you complete cooking.
  4. Serve with Baked potato topped with healthy cottage cheese/or low fat sour cream, and steamed broccoli.....yum
