Spaghetti And Mince With A Tropical Twist
This dish is suitable as a main course and is a great summer time dish although it can be eaten all year round. It is a great hit with our family and friends.
This recipe came about from my Mum's lazy cooking days (Bless her Soul) when she one day threw together three main ingredients mince, spaghetti, and pineapple. As my Dad was the main cook in our family, my Mum rarely cooked. And I have loved it ever since.
