Baked Bean Burritos
This is knocked up in minutes, is full of protein and will become a favourite with your family as it has in ours.

Ingredients
- 1 400gm can baked beans
- 1 small can tomato soup
- 500gm mince
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 pkt tortillas
- salad ingredients
Directions
- Brown mince on high heat.
- Add chopped onion, lower heat and cook till onion is tender.
- Add the baked beans, soup, paprika and chilli powder.
- Cover and simmer for 20 mins.
- Place spoonful of mixture in middle top half of tortilla.
- Top with cheese, grated carrot, tomato, avocado and lettuce.
- Wrap up like a parcel and enjoy - no cutlery required!
