Baked Bean Burritos


This is knocked up in minutes, is full of protein and will become a favourite with your family as it has in ours.

Ingredients

  • 1 400gm can baked beans
  • 1 small can tomato soup
  • 500gm mince
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 pkt tortillas
  • salad ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown mince on high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, lower heat and cook till onion is tender.
  3. Add the baked beans, soup, paprika and chilli powder.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 mins.
  5. Place spoonful of mixture in middle top half of tortilla.
  6. Top with cheese, grated carrot, tomato, avocado and lettuce.
  7. Wrap up like a parcel and enjoy - no cutlery required!
