Delicious And Easy Savoury Pancakes
This recipe has been loved in my family and used for special occasions. This is an easy dish but it takes a while to cook its all worth it though when you put the first bite into your mouth. It is savoury pancakes with a white sauce filling, of which you can put any veges or meats in the sauce for a bit more flavour

Ingredients
- Pancakes
- 125g flour
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 250ml milk
- 125ml water
- 25ml oil
- White sauce (filling)
- 37g butter
- 37g flour
- 3/4 pint milk
- salt & pepper
- nutmeg
Directions
- Pancakes
- combine all the ingredients
- Leave in the fridge for at least 30 mins
- cook them in a frypan until browned on both sides
- White sauce
- Combine the flour, butter and milk in a microwave safe contain
- Put into the microwave for a minute then take it out and stir
- Repeat the above step until the sauce is thick and combined
- add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste
- Add any cooked veges or meats
