Crispy, Crunchy, Potatoes!
These crispy, crunchy, mouth-watering potatoes taste exactly like how momma use to make em'! They are always a winner when i pair the little spuds with juicy roasts, succulent burgers, and meaty meatloaf. Make these golden gems your favourite comfort food!

Ingredients
- 4-5 large potatoes
- 2 capfulls of olive oil*
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of plain flour
- * Do not use more than recommended
Directions
- Peel potatoes and rinse.
- Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Boil inside a medium pot for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
- Drain potatoes .
- Put potatoes back into the pot, and Secure with lid .
- Shake potatoes for 2 minutes- (they should be soft and fluffy) and place inside a spacious* oven proof dish .
- Pour over olive oil and shake until potatoes are well covered with oil.
- sprinkle flour over potatoes and fan bake at 200c for 1 hour.
- Enjoy strait out of the oven, hot and crispy!
