Crispy, Crunchy, Potatoes!


These crispy, crunchy, mouth-watering potatoes taste exactly like how momma use to make em'! They are always a winner when i pair the little spuds with juicy roasts, succulent burgers, and meaty meatloaf. Make these golden gems your favourite comfort food!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 large potatoes
  • 2 capfulls of olive oil*
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of plain flour
  • * Do not use more than recommended

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and rinse.
  2. Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces.
  3. Boil inside a medium pot for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
  4. Drain potatoes .
  5. Put potatoes back into the pot, and Secure with lid .
  6. Shake potatoes for 2 minutes- (they should be soft and fluffy) and place inside a spacious* oven proof dish .
  7. Pour over olive oil and shake until potatoes are well covered with oil.
  8. sprinkle flour over potatoes and fan bake at 200c for 1 hour.
  9. Enjoy strait out of the oven, hot and crispy!
