Yummy Baguette Mini Sandwiches
As a young lad, my mother use to make me this, as a starter on a Sunday afternoon I loved these as child, but i still love them to this very day These are great to make in large quantities and are great for dinner parties, as a snack and they taste amazing.

Ingredients
- 1 French loaf
- 2 tbsp of olive
- 1 clove of garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parma ham
Directions
- 1.Cut the bread into slices
- 2.Fry the slices of french loaf in the olives oil until lightly golden
- 3.Slice the Mozzarella and put on the sliced bread
- 4.Add the Parma ham
- 5.Place on a tray and put into an oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 5 mins
