Tiny Ham Croissants
The perfect snack with late afternoon drinks or suppers

Ingredients
- Flakey Pastry
- 6 oz ham finely chopped
- 1 tablesp butter
- 1 tablespoon onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon cream
Directions
- Roll out pastry and cut into strips about 10cm wide
- Cut pastry strips into squares, then into triangles
- Saute ham in butter with onion, garlic, wine, salt and pepper
- Mix flour and mustard with stock
- Add to pan, stir until it thickens
- Add cream
- Chill
- Place spoon lots of fillings on triangles
- Roll up from wide base to top to form croissants
