Passionate Pie


A new zooped up recipe for cottage pie without all the work!!!

Ingredients

  • Leftover sliced lamb or hoggart.
  • Mashed potato.
  • 2 packets onion soup mix.
  • Approx 1 cup cold water
  • Cheese.
  • Worchestershire sauce.

Directions

  1. Put sliced hoggart ( or lamb) in a casserole dish.
  2. Then make up the onion soup mixture with about 1cup of cold water.
  3. Cook the soup mixture until thick but onions are not crunchy.
  4. Pour over the meat.
  5. Add mashed potato.
  6. Put cheese on the top and put into oven.
  7. Bake until hot through and cheese golden ( about 3/4 hour or so ).
  8. Serve with peas and carrots and Worchestershire sauce dribbled over the top.

a family of four or more depending on amount made 4 or more 45 minutes or so. 10 minutes
