Sweet As Smoothie


The good thing about smoothie is anything goes. Experiment with different ingredients. Below is a good starting point and ideas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of non fat milk or soya milk
  • ½ cup non fat yoghurt
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen berries
  • a scoop of ice-cream, any sort
  • Experiment with these ideas ½ Tbsp of honey, protein shake mixture, 1Tbsp of hot chocolate, 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend away.
