Creamy and Cheesy Chicken Pasta
A quick and very tasty dinner option – chicken, cream and pasta just go so well together!
One packet of any pasta
penne or spirali
One table spoon butter
boneless chicken breast cutthinly slices
Two medium size onion chopped
black pepper freshly grounded
table spoon mustard
of grated cheese
Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and return to saucepan to keep warm
Melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Get aside.
Saute onion until tender, add mushrooms and gradually stir in cream and chicken. Cook stirring constantly for 10 min or until sauce thickened.
Add mustard, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 min. Add grated cheese.
Stir sauce through warm pasta and serve immediately.
