Baking is a favourite pastime of New Zealander’s, from the difficult to master Pavlova, Anzac biscuits and chocolate brownies, muffins and slices. We also love new twists, like fair trade and conscious baking recipes that replace your average ingredients for those that are ethically sourced. Increasingly we are also seeing things like stevia added as natural sugar alternatives and gluten free options for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances.
