Easy Marshmallow Pavlova

The marshmallow pavlova is a kiwi classic, but some recipes for it require painful procedures to get it right. This one is so simple my cat could do it, and it should only take 2o mins to get it into the oven.

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius
  2. Beat egg whites and sugar together for exactly 10 minutes.
  3. Add the vinegar, vanilla essence and cornflour, (which has been previously mixed together) for exactly 4 minutes.
  4. Put on a oven tray that has been well greased or on baking paper.
  5. Turn oven down to 100 degrees celcius.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. You can turn oven off and let the pav cool in the oven.
