Healthy, gluten free pancakes!!
LSA Banana Pancakes
Blend or mash the bananas in a bowl.
Heat a non stick fry pan on medium heat.
Melt a tsp of butter in pan.
Use a ladle and pour 3 pancakes into the pan (don't make them to big or they will break apart when you flip them)
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
