Ingredients
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1.5 cups tasty grated cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 rashers bacon chopped, rindless
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1.5 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups mixed veges your choice of peppers, cherry tomatoes, corgettes, corn, peas, beans, grated pumpkin etc

Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Spray a medium to large lasagne dish with non-stick baking spray.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.
