3 Ingredient Fruit Cake
heavy overnight fruit cake, it was given to me along time ago. I never thought that the recipe would work, but to my surprise I now use it atleast twice a month,A war time recipe

Ingredients
- 1 kilo mixed fruit, any type of dried fruit ,
- 2 cups selfraising flour
- 2 cups orange, pineapple, tropical juice whichever you prefer
Directions
- soak the dried fruit in the orange juice overnight and then add the 2 cups of selfraising flour put into a medium sized cake tin and bake at 300f or 150c for apprximately 45min =60min
