Rachel's Peanut & Gouda Fishcakes with Mustard Cream Sauce
Combine mash and crushed peanuts
Gently flake the salmon and stir through mash mixture, then add cheese and parsley
Shape into large balls, coat with egg then breadcrumbs
Fry on a medium heat until golden, place to one side
Simmer cream and mustard for 1 minute until thickened
