Lauren's Moreish Chocolate Brownie
Quick and Easy + Delicious and Addictive, You wont be able to keep your hands off this tasty treat! Lightly dusted with icing sugar and filled with chocolate chips, This is one fudgey brownie :) Did i mention you cook it in the Microwave?

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g Butter (Melted)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- In a Large bowl, Beat with an electric Mixer, 2 eggs, 100g Butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Sift in the Flour, Cocoa and Baking Powder, Mix thoroughly.
- Mix in the Chocolate Chips.
- Using a Baking Paper lined dish - About 21 x 21 cm - Pour the mixture into it. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes (Might depend on the microwave, If not cooked, put back in for another 30 seconds...etc)

Dear Lauren your recipe says one cup of sugar and 1tsp sugar don’t you mean one tsp vanilla thanks for a good recipe.

No 1 instructions should read 1 tsp vanilla not 1tsp sugar as on print out
