Easy As Marshmallow Pavlova


Its sooo easy! no slowly pouring sugar in as most pav recipes do. Lovely topped with cream and kiwifruit.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius
  2. Beat egg whites and sugar together for exactly 10 minutes.
  3. Add the vinegar, vanilla essence and cornflour, (which has been previously mixed together) for exactly 4 minutes.
  4. Put on a oven tray that has been well greased or on baking paper.
  5. Turn oven down to 100 degrees celcius.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. You can turn oven off and let the pav cool in the oven.
Serves Cooking Time Prep Time
4 or 5 1 hour 20 mins approx.

Hey lighten up AMC its obviously one of her fovourites, look thru them all and you could elimate alot that were originals. Good on you Julie from Waihi, without people like you there wouldnt be the same competition. Keep them recipes coming, with a bit more thought Im sure you can out class the critics!
