Sue's Winter Warmer Vegetable Soup
This recipe is quick to prepare without much fuss. Everyone seems to have two bowls on a raw winter day.
It has just evolved over the years. This winter one family member called in briefly on her way to town, she drooled over the soup pot asked for the receipe and was invited to stay for lunch, she declined as she had messages to do. One hour later she was back, the smell was too good!!!!

Ingredients
- Do this in your whizz.
- Any amount of :
- Grated, carrots, onions, parsnip, chopped leeks.
- 500ml Campbells Real Stock (Beef or Vegetable.
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Can Watties Savoury Tomatoes
- Small handful of Split Peas or Vegetable Soup Mix
- Sale & Pepper to taste.
- (You can add any winter vegetable you like)
- You can also put in a piece of shin on the bone
Directions
- Put all ingredients in large pot and simmer for 45 minutes
