Kiwifruit Chutney
What a great way to use up all that kiwifruit. So cheap and delicious. I love to eat this with cheese sandwiches or as an accompaniment to cold meat!

Ingredients
- 12 Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 2 Bananas, peeled and chopped
- 3 Onions, chopped fine
- Grated zest of 1 Lemon
- Juice of 3 Lemons
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Raw Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 cup White Vinegar
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer uncovered for around an hour, until thickened.
- Pour into dry, sterilised jars.
