Tastiest, Easiest Soup Ever
Basil and zucchine soup. So easy to make but tastes like it shoud have taken hours to prepare. This soup is nice at any time of year

Ingredients
- 3 Tb spoons olive oil
- 3 onions
- 1 t spoon garlic
- 8 zucchine
- 1 cup basil
- 2 litres chicken stock
- 500 ml cream
Directions
- Cook onions in oil in a large pot. Add garlic and sliced zucchine and saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add stock and basil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Process in a food processor or use a stick blender.
- Return to pot, add cream and season
