Delicious Chinese Salad

This recipe is a winner it was given to me by a friend. Every time I have made this I get asked for the recipe. My husband loves it and he does not eat salads, It is a salad you can have all through the year a good winter salad as well as summer. If my husband loves it it must be a winner.
