Really Easy Beef Supper
This is a fantastic recipe for a quick easy tea that the kids love as well. It came from an Annabelle White cookbook but I have altered it slightly. It never fails and amazing how it all comes together. It makes a great pie filling as well but there is never any left normally in our household to make pies! Try doubling the recipe as well and hopefully you will have some leftover to make pies!

- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 500g good quality steak mince
- 1 tablespoon curry powder (I use 1 teaspoon to make it child friendly)

- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 11/2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- saute the onions and garlic in butter until the onions are translucent
- add the steak mince and brown well
- stir in the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered for 25 mins and enjoy!
