Old Convent Beef Casserole
Quick and easy even a man could follow this recipe.

Ingredients
- 4 finely sliced onions
- 600gms sliced beef
- 330mls Beer
- 2tbs whole grain mustard
- 1 1/2 tbs golden syrup
- 1tbs corn flour
- 2 cups of beef stock
Directions
- Mix all together and bake 180 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
