Baking is a favourite pastime of New Zealander’s, from the difficult to master Pavlova, Anzac biscuits and chocolate brownies, muffins and slices. Increasingly we are also seeing things like stevia added as natural sugar alternatives and gluten free options for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances.
