Easy Chicken, Bacon & Mushroom Fettuccine


I love this recipe as it tastes great but also so quick to make. I love experimenting in the kitchen and made up this recipe that i often get asked how to make it.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast
  • 200g Bacon
  • 1 cup of sliced brown & button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 Tbsp garlic stock powder
  • 1 can reduced cream
  • milk to thin as desired
  • cracked pepper to season
  • grated parmasen to serve
  • fettuccine

Directions

  1. Brown chicken, add bacon & mushrooms, cook. Add garlic.
  2. Mix reduced cream with stock powder.
  3. Add to the pan seasoning with black pepper.
  4. Mixture will thicken so thin with milk to desired consistiancy.
  5. Serve on top of cooked fettuccine.
  6. Sprinkle with grated parmasen.
  7. Goes great with garlic bread.
  8. Enjoy
