Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Dish
this is a great dinner party dish everyone loves it . It has a creamy texture and the flavours are devine

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1 pkt mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons sherry
- 1 cooked chicken
Directions
- pre cook chicken & cut into pieces. Add mushrooms, mix soup with milk & cream (heat until thick, stirring)
- Add curry powder & sherry
- put into casserole dish & cook 30-40 minutes at 150d.
